All entrants for idowedo.co.uk competitions must agree to these terms and conditions. The sumbmission of any entry shall be deemed to indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms and condiitons are subject to amendment or alteration from time to time.

Entry

Competitions/prize draws are open to any resident in the UK and Northern Ireland except any employees, any associated companies, families and prize sponsers of www.idowedo.co.uk.

Entries must reach www.idowedo.co.uk by 12noon on the stated closing date. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

The entrant is responsible for delivery of the competition entry.

www.idowedo.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss or delay to any entry.

All entries will be kept for up to one month after the closing date, but will not be shared unless the entrant agrees to data capture.

Judging

Entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be deemed void. Entries which in the opinion of the judges appear suspicious will not be considered.

The judges decision is final.

The prize on offer is final. No cash alternative or product alternative will be offered.

Results

Winners will be notified in writing of the results within 30 days of the closing date.

Names of the winner(s) will be published on www.idowedo.co.uk once the competition is judged.

Prizes

Prizes on offer cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person. Vouchers must be redeemed by the time limit given, or if not stated, within 12 months of winning the prize. www.idowedo.co.uk does not warrant the product for purpose nor the quality of the prize. Complaints relating the prize will be investiagted as a matter of goodwill only.

Any cash prize will be given as a cheque, unless otherwise stated.

If the winner of the prize does not have contact with us after 30 days of receiving the winning letter, we reserve the right to choose another winner.

A prize cannot be awarded to a person who for any reason would not be allowed by law to purchase or to use the prize.

Miscellaneous

Unless the context otherwise requires, in these terms and conditions the singular shall include the plural.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary for entry in our competitions unless terms and conditions specific to a particular competition states otherwise.

All competition winners must allow www.idowedo.co.uk to make full use of publicity, although personal details will be kept confidential.
